1. How long are shipping times?
Products ship within five days of receiving your order. Once the item(s) ship, it can take up to five weeks to arrive on your door step. Please find estimated delivery times in the product descriptions on Gallery Gizmos.
Due to COVID19 - increased shipping time may occur.
2. What's your return policy?
If you need to return an item, please contact us for a full refund. Tell us what went wrong, snap a picture to send and we will return your money in full. The wrong or defective item can then be donated to a local charity or recycled.
3. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order if you do not receive your item within the shipping time frame. Sometimes the item may have already shipped so if you happen to receive the product you can do a number of things...recycle it, donate it or enjoy it.
4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If you find any issues with your order such as the wrong color or size, or it is defective, notify Gallery Gizmos and we will provide a refund. Again, we will not ask for you to send the product back to us.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We don't offer exchanges, however, if you are not satisfied with your item or didn't get what you expected, let us know and we will send you a new one.
